SP brazed plate heat exchangers offer high heat capacity with small dimensions, withstand both high temperatures and extremely high pressures.
They consist of corrugated plates rotated 180° from each other in order to create a pattern of intersecting channels that keep the two fluids in separate circuits.
These plates are melted together using a brazing material in special vacuum furnaces.
The particular shape of the plates allows the fluid to turbulate increasing heat exchange and reducing dirt deposits in the plates.

These heat exchangers are used in multiple applications including cooling, heating, condensation and evaporation.
